Refund policy

Refund Policy for Crystals Rock Australia

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure your package arrives undamaged, please let us know straight away if something arrives damaged. We will try our best to replace the damaged item with the same, or very similar, product. 

If we cannot replace the damaged item (due to crystals being unique and individual) we will issue you with a refund. Please note that we will require the damaged item to be posted back to us (return postage is paid by you), using a trackable service, eg registered post, to ensure we receive it. We are unable to issue a replacement or refund if it does not reach us. Please contact us for a return mailing address.

Shipping costs will be deducted from any refund you receive, to cover our out-of-pocket expenses.
